Her leadership was forged through complexity—built through reinvention, earned through trust, and tested under pressure.

 

Her proprietary Lead from the Core Framework—grounded in purpose, power, and presence—guides leaders to transform from pressure to clarity, from performance to authenticity, and from feeling stuck to leading with strategic influence.

A Life of Purpose and Transformation

Sophia’s journey—from immigrating to the U.S. from Greece at age seven to leading global initiatives in corporate boardrooms—profoundly shapes her approach. She knows what it means to rise through reinvention, overcome adversity, and lead from within.

 

After decades in senior corporate leadership, Sophia stepped away from a high-level role to pursue her deeper purpose: equipping others to live and lead in full alignment with who they are. Today, she speaks, coaches, advises, and trains from Charlotte, NC, her ancestral village in southern Greece, and from client locations around the world.
