Leadership Training
I provide training on leadership, communication, professional development, and teaming via mastermind study groups, workshops, seminars and lunch & learns.
As an Executive Director and certified coach, speaker, and trainer with John Maxwell Leadership team, I frequently leverage John Maxwell licensed content in some of my training sessions.

Team Building
I facilitate a variety of team building activities that can make a significant difference when it comes to employee engagement, connection, collaboration and organizational success. I work closely with you to define objectives and to determine which activities to use with your teams.
Below are a few examples of the types of activities I leverage:

Maxwell Leadership Game: This is a fun, interactive, and highly effective way to assess communication, address difficult topics, and identify strengths and weaknesses. This activity uses thought-provoking questions to enable individual reflection, and ideological debates.

DiSC: This assessment and associated training and consulting provides a common language that individuals can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others – within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.

Transformed & Victorious Signature Team Building: This set of activities allow team members to get to know each other, build comradery and trust and encourage connection with teams working together onsite, as well as cross-functional, distributed teams that work virtually.
